If you wish to see a named GP it’s a few weeks’ wait however on the day is very good.
Suggested improvements
Despite starting to ring at 0759 when I was through I was eighth. However I still was seen very promptly. Not sure how this phone scramble can be overcome. Receptionists go out of their way to be helpful.

Like many GP surgeries capacity for appointments is an issue. Couldn’t get booked appointment for 2 weeks and couldn’t get appointment on day first day tried.

Getting an appointment is like fastest onto the phone at 8am.

We do have appointments released two weeks in advance, however we find the further ahead people book appointments the more likely they are to not attend meaning even less appointments available to patients
